9 Principles of An Amplifier
Live with a bias for joy. Feelings take precedence as we realise the quality of our lives is dependent on the quality of our moments.
Who you are matters more than what you do. Character, values, and energy create lasting influence - way more than producing results.
Make compassion your default centre. Compassion keeps you calm and responsive, not reactive.
Capacity is key. Whatever you can do to expand your thinking, being, and doing - and those around you - is the key priority. Capacity is knowledge, skills, and attitudes associated with the ability to engage in leadership.
Message drives service. Do the deep thinking around your messages: what do you stand for, what matters to you, what vision do you have for the transformation. A clear message keeps you focused on the right action.
Legacy without ego. Wanting to make a difference or an impact is not so much about how you will be remembered, but more about the transformation you contributed towards; Boundless Leadership legacy is to know that you contribute to something greater than yourself, rather to be known for your contribution. It’s the ideas, the principles behind the doing that are the real legacy work.
Self first, not selfish. FOCUS ON LOOKING AFTER YOURSELF FIRST, so there is more of you to give.
Results are for transformation. Results are not just for achieving goals, they are for creating a transformation - in self, others, community, business - to create a better state.
Do what you say. When you honour your word, you never worry about anything because you commit to following through. It also helps prioritise ruthlessly.
