The Program: How We Develop Global Thinkers
These modules are designed as 90 Day intensives that include a mix of delivery modes: online workshops, self-paced video micro-lessons, exercises, group coaching.
Module 1. Lead Performance
Leaders are judged by many things, first by their results. In this module participants learn how to harness the neuroscience of flow individually and collectively, how to create a results map that links purpose and outcomes in a powerful visual way, and how to create KPIs that teams fight to improve.
Module 2. Lead Culture
Culture is critical for effective delivery of strategy. In this module, participants learn how to map, measure, and manage culture.
Module 3. Lead Change
Change is a default in modern business. In this module participants learn the neuroscience of change, how to leverage group dynamics to facilitate effective change process, and the keys to guiding teams through change.
Module 4. Lead Strategy
Knowing what’s going and how to plan for it is fundamental to successful leadership. In this module, participants learn how to curate and analyse trends affecting the business and community, how to map and manage scenarios, how to undertake complex thinking and design successful interventions in complex systems.
Individuals may join our public advanced leadership training program, Amplifiers™, and complete each module one at a time, or join for the year for the whole series.
Teams can complete one module at a time or as series, with a tailored approach for the organisation.
