The Olympus Project.

As I wrote the book, I thought deeply about each character, where they were in their personal and professional lives, what stage of leadership maturity they were at, and what would challenge them as they moved through the project.

Central to architecture of the characters’ development, and the dynamics played out across various scenes, are developmental theories.

I’ve recorded a video and a few short resources to help make sense of these frameworks. My intention is that it helps illuminate some of your own challenges, and opportunities, as a leader.
