Wendy Nash has confronted many beliefs about herself in her leadership journey from corporate life to meditation coach. From considering herself an effective and empathetic communicator to convincing herself that a job was just about paying the bills, no stone has gone unturned in Wendy’s pursuit of balance and self-awareness. Having done the emotional work required to change entrenched habits, Wendy now helps others to do the same in life and leadership. Wendy took up meditation in her 30s to better manage her emotions and become resilient to the ups and downs that are part and parcel of being a human being. With the goal of being a calmer person when life gets tough, Wendy believes success is about making tiny changes in the ‘here and now’ so the long-term goals become a reality. Wendy works with a range of clients including CEOs, entrepreneurs, fundraisers and recent university graduates. Wendy has a Bachelor of Psychology (Hons), a four-year diploma in somatic psychotherapy, and a two-year diploma in Mindfulness from the Insight Meditation Institute.
