Will Schirmer has spent 23 years in the field of Human Resources, working with both national and international firms.
Based in Europe for twelve of the last twenty-seven years, he has been fortunate enough to work with some great colleagues based throughout the globe.
His leadership career has spanned Financial Services, Banking, Consulting, Healthcare and Relocations Management industries.
He has spent many years helping companies manage talent more effectively, including creating and deploying leadership development programs.
