From a first career in aerospace defence where he learnt the good, the bad and the ugly of leadership and culture, Mick moved into urban mobility and had a life changing epiphany: it didn’t matter how stress free the commute was if most people were spending most of their time in jobs they didn’t love for leaders they didn’t believe in.
