1. My morning routine 5am to 8:30am

2. Nutrition

  • Pescatarian slow carb diet

  • Follow my EatLove app from my nutritionist

3. Sleep and evening routine: a leadership principle that should be part of every leadership program!

  • Journal: 

    • Track habits

    • Record the magic moment of that day

    • Gratitude - list 5 things

    • Procrastination review and preview for the next day

  • Face and teeth

  • Hand Cream

  • Ipad - stripped of social media I can now read novels - yay!

  • Track sleep quality and quantity with the Oura ring

  • Want to implement:
