About CEO Jenny Kitchin
Leadership attributes with CEO Jenny Kitchin
Jenny Kitchin is the CEO of Woden Community Service, a large for purpose agency providing a multitude of community services across the ACT. The agency has 400 staff, 80 volunteers and an annual turnover of $20m. This is the first CEO position Jenny has occupied having previously worked at executive levels in the community sector and government.
She has overseen welfare services in South Australia, NSW and the ACT with Barnardos and Anglicare. In ACT government she has worked in the Education and Community Services Directorates co-ordinating welfare and community services. She has been on numerous community sector boards either as Chair or a member.
She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree, a Bachelor of Social work degree and a Masters of Business Administration.
