About Fiona Kesby:
Fiona Kesby is a CEO, Co-Founder, public speaker, and single mother of two teenagers. She has built a track record in recruitment and sales and is a firm believer in the power and fulfilment of learning for life. She has a simple philosophy in leadership and that is to lead from the heart.
Originally from Brisbane, Australia, Fiona moved with her two daughters to Cebu, Philippines in May 2015 to lead Go Virtual Assistants (GO-VA) as it scaled from having fewer than 20 full-time team members at the start to more than 400 as of May 2020. Fiona started her recruitment career over 20 years ago with one of the worlds largest and most prestigious firms, Michael Page International. She is passionate about creating innovative ways to attract and select top talent and then provide an environment that makes employees feel safe, happy and inspire a lifelong love of learning.
She loves to learn about and share ideas, all tested in the businesses she and her brother Matt Kesby have built, about:
